We invited the soldiers of the Hankou North Fire Squadron,

Share fire safety knowledge for children;

Let the children know how to save themselves and ask for help,

This is an important lesson in the safety of children's lives.

At 9:30am, the fire truck arrived at the MKS International Kindergarten. The kids were so excited to get up close and personal with the fire truck!

The moment the door was opened, the "treasure" inside made the children couldn't help but exclaim. The fire fighters used vivid and professional language to introduce the fire vehicles and on-board equipment to the children in detail, and explained the fire prevention at the same time. Common sense and knowledge of safety and self-rescue in the event of a fire.

The firefighter's uncle took the fire extinguishing tool out of the car very quickly and assembled it, showing the children how to use the water gun.

The children were eager to try and raised their hands and said, "let me try!", the fireman's uncle asked the children to carry water guns together as a group. It turns out that the water gun is so heavy, but the fireman's uncle can easily lift the water gun. They are really strong!

The uncles of the firefighters showed off their fireproof suits, and the children scrambled to try them on. The faces of the children who tried them on were filled with proud and satisfied smiles.

The firefighters explained in detail to all the teachers how to use the fire extinguisher correctly, and asked the teachers to take turns using the fire extinguisher to put out the fire.

Through this morning's activities, the children expanded their horizons intuitively and truly, and raised their awareness of fire safety. As a result, they have a deeper understanding and admiration for the profession of firefighters. The brave and disciplined qualities of firefighters' uncles will also inspire children to grow up healthily. Our educational activities that combine classroom teaching with real life allow children to have zero-distance contact with firefighters, so that children truly realize the importance of fire safety, and let fire knowledge really penetrate into children's lives.

At 15:00pm, the harsh siren sounded in the kindergarten, and the fire evacuation drill began. The facilitator immediately arrived at the area he was responsible for according to the pre-rehearsal plan to prepare. Teachers in each class quickly followed the evacuation route and led the children to cover their mouths and noses, bend over and evacuate quickly and in an orderly manner. It only lasted 1 minute and 26 seconds, and the children in the whole kindergarten were safely evacuated to the outdoor open space. After each class arrives at the designated place on the playground, the teacher counts the number of children, checks whether the children are injured, and reports the evacuation to the principal.

Through this fire safety knowledge explanation and fire evacuation drill activity, all teachers and children of Macas Kindergarten experienced the scene of fire escape, gained an in-depth understanding of escape common sense, and enhanced the fire safety awareness of teachers and children. Safe work is a long-term task for kindergartens. We will persevere in our future work and strive to create a safe and happy kindergarten environment for all children.
